Payment Policy
Lifeline Transportation, Inc. sends each driver out with a printed invoice detailing charges for each customer that is being transported to an individual appointment. Clients are expected to pay at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
Insurance Information
We apologize for any inconvenience, however Lifeline Transportation is unable to accept any new insurance claims at this time. Unfortunately we cannot process new insurance claims; however, a receipt will be provided to you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Medicare does not cover non-emergency transportation costs.

Cancellation is required 24 hours in advance. A $25 processing fee will be charged if cancellation is not made 24 hours in advance. * Lifeline Transport provides transportation for non-emergency services only. We look forward to serving your transportation needs.
